Laptop & IT equipment leasingfor fast-growing teams

IT equipment leasing lets a company use laptops, phones and screens for a fixed monthly fee instead of buying them upfront. With Fleet, the monthly fee also includes a 3-year warranty, premium support, device setup and access to the Cockpit platform to manage every device.

You choose devices from our catalogue of 200+ products. Fleet configures them, enrolls them in MDM and ships them to your employees in 150 countries. During the lease, you track every device in the Cockpit. When an employee leaves or the lease ends, Fleet retrieves, wipes and refurbishes the device. Laptop leasing for business with Fleet covers everything your team needs in one monthly payment, with no deposit. Each laptop arrives configured and ready to use, with MDM enrolment for remote management and security. A 3-year warranty and dedicated support are included, along with repair or replacement if a device breaks. Fleet delivers in 150 countries, usually in under 5 days, so you can equip remote and international teams from a single platform. At the end of the lease, you can renew your devices, return them or buy them.

Your monthly fee covers financing with no upfront capital, a 3-year warranty with repairs, replacements and a loaner device, premium support with a real person on Slack the same day, and Cockpit access for onboarding, offboarding and MDM integration.

Fleet leases run for an initial period of 36 months, which matches the typical refresh cycle of a business laptop. At the end of the period, your devices are renewed with the latest models.

No. You only pay the first month's rent, with no security deposit and no minimum order. You can start with a single laptop for your next hire.

Fleet's leasing and purchase prices are based on the same catalogue price, so you don't pay a premium to access devices. Leasing spreads the cost over 36 months and includes warranty, support and end-of-life management that you would otherwise handle internally. Buying can make more sense if you keep devices for 4 to 5 years and have an IT team to manage them. See MacBooks in the catalog to compare lease and buy pricing.

Fleet retrieves the device from the departing employee, wipes the data securely and reassigns it to your next hire or keeps it in your stock. Your lease continues, so you don't pay for a new device when you replace someone.

Repairs and replacements are covered by the 3-year warranty, and your employee receives a loaner device during the repair so they can keep working. Loss and theft can be covered with optional insurance — ask your Fleet account manager.

You can renew your devices with new models, or Fleet collects them for refurbishment, recycling or donation.

Yes, at the same catalogue price. You choose leasing or purchase at checkout, device by device, and manage both from the Cockpit.

Every leased device is configured and enrolled in MDM before shipping. You can add Fleet Manage for full device management, or Fleet Secure for proactive security, on top of your lease.

Lease payments are generally recorded as operating expenses, which turns a large capital purchase into a predictable monthly cost. Under IFRS 16, laptops and phones can usually qualify for the low-value asset exemption. Accounting treatment varies by country and standard, so confirm it with your accountant.

Leaseback means Fleet buys the devices you already own and leases them back to you. You free up cash immediately, keep the same devices and users, and get Fleet management on top.
